COVID-19 STUDIO OPERATIONS & POLOCIES
Our studio is and has always been a very clean environment. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our clients. We are adding additional precautions to mitigate any risk for your family.
REMOVE SHOES
Shoes must be taken off outside on our studio porch and remain there. Families should bring socks or prepare to be barefoot in the studio for their session.
MASK & SANITIZING
Photographer will be wearing a mask at all times. Parents are encourages to wear a mask as well when not being photographed. We will provide cloth masks with filters if you do not have one. While I do have gloves available, newborn skin is extremely sensitive and due to potential latex allergies photographer will wash hands frequently as well as use 80% alcohol bases sanitizer before touching baby at all times.
ONLY ESSENTIAL ITEMS
Clients are encouraged to bring in only essential items to the studio including diapers, wipes, clothing for baby/photoshoot.
IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY
At this time we are limiting session to only immediate family members only. Grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc will not be permitted at this time. Situations requiring a support person will be determined on a case by case basis i.e. mother coming along with baby and sibling(s) and father cannot come.
48 HOURS SCHEDULED BETWEEN SESSIONS
To ensure plenty of time for cleaning and airing out the studio all sessions will be 48 hours apart and often there may be additional days in between sessions.
PROPS & FABRICS
All fabrics are cleaned and sanitized between clients. Items that are very delicate in nature such as headbands that are not able to be washed will be stored away for approximately 1 week if used for a session. Most all accessories in the studio can be washed with the exception of some delicate headbands.
